Success Story - Doug Froning

Doug Froning stands with some of his comrades from Evergreen Helicopters Inc

Who is your current employer?

Evergreen Helicopters Inc.

What kind of helicopter(s) do you fly?

Bell 412

Is there anything particularly challenging or unique about your current job?

Short notice mission, can be a fire, medevac or SAR call.  Hoisting personnel up and down in a high out of ground effect hover can be challenging.

Do you feel Mauna Loa adequately trained you for the real world?

Absolutely!  Good emphasis on off airport operations, most of the commercial helicopter business is working away from airports

What did you like best about your MLH training experience?

The professional attitude of the instructors, and level of knowledge and skill.

Would you recommend Mauna Loa Helicopters to others?

Yes!
